As above since changing the turdo and decatting the old girl hasnt ran right and the water fan has run none stop the car dont like running when hot on tickover had to change the fuel injection sencor in the water elbow because it was snapped but cant find anyother prob or loose hose vac or air maybe a sucking sound at the back end of engine bay behind inlet manifold and lower down, but it hard to say with the fan running was thinking maybe a snapped wire in a plug somewhere on the water side maybe. Just wondered if anyone else has had the same problem |

Assuming the 185 is set up like the 205 then the default for the fan is ON if there is a break in the sensor wire or if you unplug it. Maybe something was disturbed when you last worked on the car? |

thks track solved the prob it was the aircon sencor near the dianogstic port But still after fitting a new turbo and decat aussie down pipe also removed aircon unit and pipes. The car hasn't ran right since mods doesn't like idling when hot. Have replace the fuel injector sencor in the water elbow. What other sencors are there that effects the running. Its bad running is like 99% of the time with 1% ok what make me think there is a wire loose or contact broke to some sencor would the timing be out now there is less back pressure with no cat and also having removed the aircon pump also since i have put a induction kit on it seems to have over spent fuel if slow down useing gears when plaveing foot onto the throatle the car dont back fire but seem to ignite spent fuel just pops in the exhaust could it be the air con plug need bridging??? |
