Terry - do you have an uprated rear ARB to go along with the front? Is this a conventional round style arb?

Have you had the geometry checked out Terry?

Could be they've tracked it up to compensate for increased front ARB

Got adjustable topmounts??????

Hi

My assumptions on ARB are based only on these vehicles: ford ,vw ,audi, bmw. have reasonably experience with these to date for road & track.

Now the 185 is up and running I can play with a better set-up.

Well, as soon as the suspension has been made that is, further developments in progress, still waiting for parts.

Unfortunately my transfer diff has started to cause problems, as well as the rear diff, & mount, massive back lash, moving diff, all getting worst every mega squirt tuning run, so the ARB work in progress will be put on hold.

have to drop the rear diff and subframe off , just aswell revamp it at the same time.

A newely opened powder coating firm has opened, so prices for now cheap, going to take advantage, and get all the parts off for powered coating.

has any 1 rebuilt there own gearbox, if so any tips would be great.

jon.

This has gone off-topic.

I have split the gearbox related posts and put them in a new thread in Maintenance and Repair.
