These look like good numbers Sunny especially the torque which should make it very driveable. Are you happy with them?

Hi,

fully driveable even in the city, 1,4bar boost

my tuner said that this is the best 3S he ever did, hope it will be in the future too, a friend of mine activates his ST205 with EFR7064 soon
more tourque is possible but my tuner takes care on the gearbox

and yes i'am happy, from yesterday until now i spent 100€ just for gas
hope to get telemetric datas soon, data log is activated

once the next year bores me i built the WI to get the falling touque from 5000rpm under controll

I don't think I've seen such high power from an ST205 with the WTA intercooler :D I guess the TTE thicker core must help keep the air charge temperatures under control. Allegedly the TTE Group A ST205 could run ~400bhp with the turbo restrictor removed and remapped to suit according to Neal Bates who ran one for Toyota Team Australia. I don't know if the water injection and intercooler spray bar were activated on his car but I suspect they were! If you were running 1.4bar through a WTA setup without WI I would be a bit worried about detonation. Are you using 102 octane race fuel or taking some other precautions?

Hi,

the IC works perfect, i don't give a f*ck on ATA
i just need to know how i can download the data login from the ecu to the computer and then i post some specs

the engine runs ROZ98 without any mods, no detonation
the tuner said that he was able to lean the mixture more for further 15-20PS, but he gaves that engine a more safe map
i just wonder about the EGT, he said around 800°C, however i need to activate that channel on the ECU again to get datas,

i also hope that the temp isn't around 700°C on any point in front of the thermocouples curie point

Hi,

IAT while under boost 40-45°C, highest IAT 60°C (not under boost)
here we see heat soak when not under boost, but no problem once the boost comes is the same time with low IAT

peak boost = 1,5bar sometimes 1,6bar depending on the spool up and temps outside, but should be mapped to 1,4bar (could need some more tune)
a longer time under boost and the EGT goes up to slightly above 900°C

oil temp. around 100°C when reving hard
new peak pressure from today, 9,5bar when cold, around 6bar when warm and under rpm, 3,5bar at idle

Hi,

can anyone explaine me the toyota oil filter?
i'am told that there is a pressure valve in it, when the oil is cold the pressure is that high so that i can by-pass the filter?

if it is that, possible a near miss for the ceramic ball bearings if foreign material found his way to the turbo......

/edit

found the answer in the manuel

9,5 bar oilpressure sound high to me. I only get about 6 bar when cold.

900 degrees is okay from what I have read. My car has a theromcouple in the collector after the exhaustmanifold befor the turbo.
my car reads around 500 when idleing at 14,... A/F and around 900 on 1,2 bar boost(+/- 11,5 A/F).

Hi,

our egt values are nearly identycall, but that high oil press is due to the beams oil pump and just when i start the engine iirc i have 6,5bar at cold idle and 3,5bar at hot idle
5,5bar when gentle driving and 6bar under revs, everything is around +10% oil flow against the gen.3 oil pump

i just want to know the relief pressure of the oil filter, dropped Tony from fensport my question and i hope to get some trd or blitz specs.....

Hi,

still got no airbox made :(
i'am wondering if RT-performance could help, but even it.....it is nearly not possible to do a draw with all that measurements...........

Why not just buy the TTE copy one from the OC?
