Sunny, you mentioned you were using a cam sensor so I didn't think you had a wasted spark setup? You won't get the full benefit of the individual coils with your COP setup although on a road car engine it may not be a big deal.

full gen.4 system, cam and crank sensor + cop, individually fired, i don't waste anything :lol:

too much to read for me, why should i aint get a benefit......the first benefit is that i ain't not have any igition wire any more :)

next work, have a small water leak anywhere in the area of the gearbox.....pretty nice and means work again, and thats on the hottest weekend in the year ~40°C :roll: :lol:

When I had a water leak on my new install it was a forgotten clip on one of the turbo water pipes from the main elbow. That was fun

I am lurking - noted.
Just for the record and incase some bright spark hasn;t mentione dit yet.

Wasted spark and COP is not a good idea and people have had misfire issues due to overheating of the COP. Running twice as many sparks as required generates more heat so not ideal for COP performance or longevity.

Hi,

i don't worry, my engine bay is pretty cool and i belive in denso/toyota technoligy 8)
a second option as a firend did, individual coils mounted anywhere in the engine bay with HT-wires to the spark plug
