Well i ought to add details of my car really - a few might have read about it on my thread on the OC.

Its been in UK since october 03 and has had 2 owners in UK-both OC members.
Its had thousands spent on maintenance and is in pristine condition and has only 60'000 miles on her.
Its got the optional full Recaro interior and chrome "celica" door sills and twin air bags.
Has Blitz Nur spec R system and aussie DP and a Blitz SUS induction kit.
Also has a genuine Veilside bodykit on it-not to my tastes and also has standard bumpers so swapping asap-but keeping skirts as they are nice.

However i have been accumulating parts over the last 2 years and have a massive spec list for her.
Here is a list of the mods i have in my garage/storage room and will be getting fitted asap. However still some bits on he way as i write this

I love that colour john. Strangely the gold wheels also seem to really set it off - normally I would avoid gold but works well.

Car looks sooooooo much better than when you bought it.

Was this the first St205 you had for an age or did you sell that one and purchase this one?

Oh BTW - the idiot waving at lex205 in a bmw early morning last week was me!

Ah see... thanks!

Where is it bolted? Lower oem belt bolts?
Can't understand what is it for... as it is not going to strenghten the body with that shape and in that low position...
Is it just to fix sport multi-point belts?

You see the problem is its the mountings of such a thing that define whether or not it will work. In this instance, bolts perpendicular to the plane they're trying to stiffen, hence subject to tension/compression.

Really you want them to be in shear. Much harder to shear a bolt than stretch it.
