Got my new ECU all figured out, now i would like to get launch control. Is there a kit out there that i can just wire up to the car for launch control? Would really like to find something.

Simon

With a programmable ecu it might be possible to do without wires, depends on the ecu

All you need is a speed related rev limit so if speed < tmph limit revs to 4000

the "button" is generally attached to the clutch pedal - clutch down == button pressed, launch control activated
Also works for flat shifting

Simon > Just a thought, I have an Omex traction control system with built in launch control aswell as variable slip settings, shift light and the option to have a little button under the clutch for flat shifting.

The button on the Omex only needs pressing to 'arm' it and get the engine to the required rpm, it then disengages once you exceed the rpm.

The system itself is based on the Racelogic traction control systems, well known for being tip top. I'm looking for £375 for it, would obviously need to add p&p to Canada if you were interested - have a read up on the Racelogic site and see what you reckon, it's a bargain for what it is :)
