As many know there are no options for front lsd's for the gtfour. This is its main drawback. There is a group buy going on for an M Factory front helical LSD. We need 10 minimum to get a buy going. Estimates are $1,000usd for the lsd. That is cheaper than the TRD unit when it was in production, and the only other current option is in the $5,000 range, so this is a deal. BTW: This is cheaper than what a clutch type rear lsd costs for the cars, and about the same as what quaife charges for their units for similar applications. EDIT: Post here if you are interested, and as I found out more info I will share it in this thread. I think as of now there are three committed. This is currently posted on ctech and alltrac.net. No, they are just going to build a front lsd. It has to be built to incorporate the center diff though due to design. |
