Wowww Baz, looking really good. A lot of good engineering there.

You not done anything about the front brakes, as in bigger discs on bells and std calipers with extension brackets?

wow, a lot of great work, does ask you what size of hose you used to suply the turbo with water? looks like -06

do you machined a threat in the valve cover in here

Hi Sunny -AN6 fuel.(-AN6water turbo in+out),-AN6 power steering +cooler -AN8 gearbox cooler, -AN10 turbo Oil drain -AN10 engine Cooler -AN6 valve cover breathers + return, -AN2 to -AN4 vac control(twin wastegate and B/controll 4"TB into 3" IC pipe work to 4" core, 3" flexi/dumpy de-cat into 3" Titanium straight through exhaust, oh and yes threaded valve cover,steering rack,sump, turbo hot and cold side, thermostat housing,rad etc etc......

Hi Jeff my newly rebuilt/refurbished callipers are going up for sale as ive just took the plunge on some racing series six pots but going to get brackets made to run the standard O/D disc, as i dont want to get rid of my Rays or go bigger than 17"did you go further with the braking??

Once again Baz, brilliant work there.
What turbo are you using? Has to be yybrid if going external wastegate.

As for bigger brakes, was looking at other cars that use 5x100 2 peice rotors in 330mm. Then just need to make caliper locating brackets.

What like some of the vag group Ren 21 turbo etc
ive still got the hybrid cT it came from japan with as most of this work is based on USA research twin entry=twin waste gate so once ive got it up and down some black stuff and see whats what probably go to a GT3x size twin entry and upgrade the ideas that are there to bullet proof.

Yes, older Subaru, Vag group, hell even if 114 stud pattern and redrill to 100. Wonder if Supra has same disc hat height as Celica.Can redrill the bell, trim disc down and direct fit then :)

Your T3/4 adaptor allows 2 external waste gates? Your turbo, does it still have twin entry?

Just a small update i had hi-spec make me up some 205 brackets last week he said it was the first pair ever done for the ST205 (really) any ways reworked the loom in the engine bay, fitted the lotus brake light switch in line and started Hacking up the front bumper (pics soon but none of me looking like a snowman lol) spent a couple of hours this morning stripping down the spare gear box to get at the diff for Gripper so all in all another light weekend.

Busy weekend fitted engine oil cooler + pipe work inc oil filter relocation,G/box cooler,power steering cooler, front mount,slimline fans and finished the bumper and rebuilt the 6 pots here is some pics.....

Back again :D and hopefully getting back on track here is some pics of what i last got up to on the ST205 back in june made/modified a new front end (subtle) fitted all the coolers and the intercooler pipe work fitted WL ARB.. projector head lights fitted today lots and lots of little bits still to do but now i have my TIG back i can get on with the S/S and Ally bits and bobs.

Its C-ONE but all those stickers came on it just havnt had time to remove them yet im hoping to get and do some work this weekend on the old girl as ive been laid up with spinal compression after being hit by an uninsured hit and run driver a few weeks ago been so bored not being able to do anything im almost excited LOL.
