yey can get on the net now @ the workshop. adrian is already putting his eng doct to good use he has had some great ideas and cant wait to get started.
ive invested a bit more in the tig department as this is heavily involved in the processes well apart from the prototypes, ive been doing some other bread and butter jap stuff but this weekend is all for my selfish self and my ST205 lol, im going to try and get the intercooler pipes welded up finish installing the rear brake lines and get some wiring done sensors mainly. pics to follow..

Looking good Baz.

I am hoping to get down to the workshop very shortly, I have a few little jobs I'd like to get sorted on the underside of the car - rust-proofing and tidying mainly.

You going for bonnet vented screamers Barry? They were all the rage at the Autosport Show last month on the drift cars  Not my personal favourite location but good if you want to BBQ small feral children and furry animals!

Nice work,
You need a couple of these IMHO http://www.bersy.com/eng/product_rain_c ... xhaust.asp

otherwise I have visions of the first WG dump after rain resulting in a windscreen full of water.

The other possible issue (I had considered the same WG setup TBH) is that I believe the fan heater sucks in air by the bonnet/windscreen interface. You may end up filling the car with fuel rich part burned gases unless I have missed a cunning plan :-)

Sunny that is a converted bmw v8 race cast alloy header/overflow tank it had the right design/shape/fittings for what i needed,
Hi JP i can rotate these outlets if need be and join into one and release down under the g/box, but the aesthetics are rubbish
also modified the hydro handbrake with an electronic actuator release mechanism today i might rig this to the launch control just for fun factor  = :D

Yesterday i changed the pedal box to take the existing modified oe toyota throttle cable to make it easier for quick change/maintenance, finished all the brake line installation, today onto the wiring, then me and Chris are going to do all the pre checks etc before first start up hopefully in the next 2 weeks then just the body work to go back on.
