Can you not get the next clutch up from what you have?

IIRC it was the RPS Max Street? I had one on my ST205 which I think you drove. Pedal is heavier than stock but you will get that with a higher uprated full face.

I´m waiting for my clutch to blow. It´s a stock ST205 one. My engine is working hard to smoke her.
When the clutch will burn down I´ll go for the Exedy Hyper Singel. Drove the ST205 from a mate of me with this clutch and I don´t see a problem to drive this clutch in street use even as it´s no organic one.

Just removed a part worn Clutchmasters FX300
because it had a heavy action
and a boogar to release from cold,
replaced with 4 paddle Helix
much lighter and a pleasure to use.

As its going to primarily be a road car a paddle clutch isn't the way forward for this.

Still haven't come to a final decision as yet.

I don't think you should dismiss the Helix
I used a 4 paddle on my 185 for 50,000 road miles
but would suggest the 6 paddle plate that replaced it, is better in action and use.

I've had a helix before in my old ST185. Its not a good idea for a road car, very grabby and a high wear rate.

The one benefit of the helix was that the other half hated it, meaning she never drove the car :)
