As in the title. There are a lot of cheap fibreglass ones which don't do anything. I've read somewhere before a brand in america posting a youtube vid proving that their jackets work. Also what size should I get for our 205 turbos?

Hi,

i would not use such a jacket, a turbo is a very hard working machine under very high temps, better you let the air cool the turbo

The exhaust housing is designe to take the high temperatures. If anything having it a maintained steady temperature helps regulate the air flow. A lot of motorsport cars use them and that's never been the issue.
