Hello guys!

If I want to convert my RHD ST205 to LHD is it possible to use the steering-rack and McPherson coils from a normal non-SuperStrut T20?

Thanks!

yes.

easiest way is to swap the whole front subframe, including hubs & knuckles, crap brakes, suspension uprights and steering rack

ST205 vs St202 brakes are the major stumbling block.

Thanks! But is it possible to keep the ST205 brakes with some modification?

Same problem as putting decent front brakes on an ST185 - the bottom swivel getis in the way of ST205 disks.

Have a read round on the forum, there has been plenty of discussion. Cheapest upgrade seems to be TT disks and ST185 calipers (or ST202 I guess) with mounting brackets made.

pm bozo-merlin

he has some brackets that he is willing to sell...the brackets allow fitment of st205 calipers to st202/st185 hubs with the use of 330mm alfa discs
