I actually quite like the pipe work.
I take it you cant use the fogs no more though?
Also the only thing about having the pipe going straight over the rocker cover is that your bend is directly over the manifold.

i have all stuff in OEM places, this was one of the reasons along with quality that i wanted this spec core as many people didnt believe such a large core could be used whilst retaining the OEM fog lights, air con, P/S cooler and gearbox cooler without chopping the bumper.

But it is so, i have the core angled slightly and i have litterally less than 1mm to spare between P/S and gearbox coolers and the bumper but it all fits and in the places they should be for total factory look from the front. :)

Mission accomplished

as for the pipe, yes it gets hot sat in traffic but on the move the Forge core is so effiecient the air and pipes stay cold.

i am going to blanket the top pipe though to stop heat soak at some point.

fantastic! So basically the pipes run behind the crash bar?
I cant quite work out how you managed to get the crash bar mount to stay there when the inlet IC pipe is also there? Or is the pipe under the crash bar bracket?
