How can I solve problem?

From what you have posted, it's all to do with the electronics.

Forget replacing the fuel pump for now - that won't help... at all!

Concentrate on making sure you have all the 205 loom, sensors and ECU.

As you still have the AFM the conversion isn't yet correct...

Sort the over fuelling and your power output will rocket! :)

Hi,

just a tip, the figueres i see makes me think the ECU runs in the "safe mode" -> no power (ignition) and a lot of fuel consumption (AFR)

do you have the check engine light on and are you sure that a lamp is installes in the combi meter? further if you drive the ST205 ECU with a fmic you have to use a code 54-killer, once the oem chargecooler creates a fault code the ecu will run in "safe mode", possible your ECU has the code 54

Sunny, i think we're talking 185-205 conversion here, there should be no code 54 or an ecu in safe mode, having said that if the afm is still operative ?
If chris has had a look, i'm sure he can shed some light.
By way of a comparison..

There is no AFM on the intake, just intake temp sensor.
I'm pretty sure I checked it was a 205 MAP sensor but will check again.

The fuel map seems skewed as it's still running cruising AFR on full boost up to 4K RPM. Also, not running 14.7 at cruising indicates a fault somewhere, either fault with lambda sensor or MAP sensor so far out it's beyond the ECU's range of closed loop.

Need to do some double checking on wiring I think.
