Is it the air to air version? with top mount intercooler?
If so, then its *bleep* easy.
Go for a I/C with 2.5" in out, but keep the turbo to I/C pipes 2" and I/C to Throttle body 2.5"

depends.. but likely that you might need to relocate the power steering fluid cooler and gearbox oil cooler

funny how so many dread te FMIC mod. It should be straight forward with some companies who make pipe kits ready and IC's which fit but none as a complete kit ready to fit.

Hmmm.., agreed that it should be straightforward but most things really do not work out that way :(. Even a fmic installation has many variables, and most are unique to the vechicle involved and owners specifications and needs.
One thing is for sure, given the location of the chargecooler be it water or ata, its a good and worthwhile upgrade.

its very tight but just squizees in you do need the cs bumper impact bar (thinner thank you mr homer for that 1) the pipes are a bit tight but just fits i brought it of ebay from a guy who had taken it off his gt4 st185 plus he gave pics of how it fitted however i have noticed today that i have a small split in the rubber of the top mount part (other end to the turbo) so need a new 1 of those other than that fits well

Good install, but could have clockef the turbo.
What I did ages ago was to get 2 1/2" stubs of round ally welded on the compresspr housing where the actuator would now live after clocking turbo. Still going strong.
Clocking the turbo gives the pipework a slightly shorter route to I/C.
