you still going to be driving it on the road then? Do you want lighter weight to increase speed or to increase cornering performance? I would of though a good exhaust and decat along with good panel filter or cone followed with a boost controller and fmic would be a good start for performance without breaking the bank

Chassis wise if you can push it them coilovers would be good but some lowering springs and uprated dampers would suffice. Rear anti roll bar and strut braces will help loads with handling also, as does polybushing. If your not going to use the rear seats then maybe consider stripping the rear, theres some heavy seats in there.

just a start like, always air on the side of caution with power mods

already fitted fmic boost controller and cone filter plus nur spec exsaust down pipe being fitted on the 10th and i am using it on the road back seats are exiting the vehicle used to rally so looking for the full package might have a look at coilovers but cash tight at mo

I personally would go down the uprating suspension route to be honest. I found that when I fitted buckets and harnesses that my confidence grew tremendously causing me to be much braver through the bends, the stock brakes and suspension are crap so Id want them done 1st! :D

by the time you buy springs and dampers with new top mounts you wont be a million miles away from that anyway and to be honest I feel the bc range are best value for money you can get.
