All feedback appriciated :-)

I'm not looking for comfort! Just want to improve handling

Hard for road use... you'll be swerving to miss matchsticks in the road...

Everyone I know who has had them on a road car has changed them as they are far too hard for road use.

I had a set of race spec TRD coilovers bought from TTE in Germany and they were far too hard for road use with the car porpoising really badly over minor undulations. I race a Formula Ford single seater and by comparison it feels like it has a limo type ride compared to a TRD coilover equipped GT-Four  My advice would be to sell them on and go for something less extreme like TRD springs and/or KYB Super Street or TEIN coilovers. They are much better suited for road use.

I have a set in my garage waiting for inserts when I find some. They did about 10 miles although tbh by the time I reversed off the driveway I knew I'd made a mistake

Probably fine on track but on the road your so seldom in actual physical contact with the surface control is somewhat compromised.

Highly recommended by my non NHS dentist and private chiropractor

I can only eco what has been said above, I drove a track spec GT4 with these on the other day and the ride is extremely harsh and not liveable as a road car in regular use in my opinion. In fact I would say they are somewhat on the hard side even for a full time track car! I have BC coilovers on my own car and the ride quality is a shed load better and handling is excellent, I would take them over the TRD's for my use (mixed road and track) any day.

As above if yours is a road car I would definately recommend you sell them and buy some alternative coilovers like Tein, BC, D2 etc.

If your currently on stock shocks your in for a shock (literally!).

I canceled the TRD coils and instead bought a set of BC. Since many of you seems to have these too, can you guys tell me what setup works out best? I know its a personal feeling but a little guideline on settings would be nice. Thx

I think that's probably a wise move :) I haven't used the BC coilovers myself but they seem to get good reports. If you use the Search function on this forum you will find quite a lot of info.
