persevere, thats the only way
i take it you have sprayed with lots of WD40/Plusgas?

6-sided sockets are a good idea along with a nice breaker bar

I'll be fitting my d/p (once bought) at the same time as the new Mongoose system (once bought). Will this make things easier.
Lee, are you/have you removed the radiator and fan?

As said its fiddly. Took me 1 1/2 days to remove the stock dp. Fitting my aussie was simple as you have a lot more room than with the cat in place. The system on the other hand was a doddle to remove and fit. You'll notice a big increase in zoom & grin factor 8) I didnt remove the rad or fan btw but its worth doing because it gives you a lot more room and less chance of damage.

As I have only just done the coolant change I might just opt for removing the rad fan to allow a bit of room.
I'm anticipating some stubborn studs/bolts as Lee is getting.....so I'll be setting aside a whole weekend with me and pops to get it done...

Have you got any pics of the cat off Lee?
Being a CS model like mine it may prove useful. :D
