custom downpipes, where?

Post subject:  custom downpipes, where?
How does one go about getting one made, and where? I live in Bournemouth...
Is it a case of pitching up at said place and tell them what needs doing and they get on with it, or do I buy the closest match and they butcher it to fit. My tiny brain can not make sense of how to go about this.....
I have not chosen a turbo yet, but lets say I want to put on a gt28rs turbo in place of my stock setup. I purchase the adapter for the manifold, then what?

Also, I can't find any car-tuning companies down here???

p.s. I should fit a sports cat in right, or can something be made for the turbo to mate onto the stock cat???? oh I don't know (fing mots!)

Also try Mike Stokes in Moordown. There used to be a fabricator there (when they were at the top of North Road in Poole) who wasn't a complete self flagellator but I think he left.
There's another place above Tower Park on that estate but I can't recall the name. Go past Wyvern Cargo and turn right at the dead end. Never been in there but the MOT guy I use is up there

Or talk to Tim @ TBDev to see if he's got an off the shelf one - likely for a GT series

Or there's Dampers Dumpipes for a flagon of mead or ten :lol:

I have a spare downpipe for a GT28XX with internbal gate using a TB developments adaptor.

You are welcome to use it for test fit/copy / borrow but I don't fancy selling it as they no longer seem to be for sale on ebay.
