How do you find the 205 brake setup? I'm having the same installed at the moment and very interested to hear your thoughts on how they perform over standard..

No comparison,
but with the thick end of 400bhp
one needs to stop sharpish.

My GT86 has smaller brakes,
but only 200bhp
and a lot lighter.

What front discs have you went for and how did you overcome the gap between the inner pistons and the disc,?

I used Lexus IS200 discs,
circa 300mm x 32mm.
Re-drilled the PCD to 5 x 100

Had to shave a bit off the mating surface of the calliper.

Head re-built with Ferrea 1.0mm Oversive valves
and new valve springs
together with standard 205 cams
