If you're actually planning on rallying, make sure you read the regulations thoroughly and comply. I seem to remember fibreglass panels being outlawed for rallying due to the lack of strength when impacting with trees.

Fg pannels can be used in rallying yes, fg doors are not

What? Even if doors have roll cage behind? Yeah well it'll be mainly track days until I get liscence anyway.. What about fiberglass skin doors? also Chris I tried to call you about some electrikery business and couldn't get through has your mob number changed as know you've had hassle with providers?

Back before full roll cages were mandatory for rallying (before you were born probably) I remember fibreglass doors were allowed but only if door bars were fitted. I had a feeling it had been tightened up.

I knew someone who went sideways into a tree at 90MPH on a stage, snapping the tree off 6 foot up. The navigator was in hospital for about 6 months, and that was with steel doors and full cage including door bars.

My number hasn't changed, but I'm working 2 days a week up at Stur. Newton where they haven't invented mobile phone signal yet. Leave a message or send a text and I'll get back to you. xxxxxxxxxxx (on the currently rare occasions I'm in).

Haha ok.. I couldn't log on for weeks.. I'll try upload pictures tomorrow.. But basically as a wuick update it's stripped.. Has new engine loom as old one was, lets say worse for wear (problematic) and new dash loom down to stupidity.. (Listening to someone who wasn't quite sure if that wire was needed, "we'll it's gone now anyway" attitude) but shell is stripped inside ready for shell spray (once sunroof plate welded in) and engine bay will be sprayed at later date when another engine goes in, (we're all struggling with money) :( but body work is pretty straight now, dents removed, pulled and punched and kicked as far as possible , then after several attempts at filling and sanding, getting it right. Then finding an imperfection, try to rectify, ruin all previous work.. Cursing ... Swearing.. Smoking.. Starting again. I have to say one thing... It's easier to let someone else do it! Well anyway.. She starting to get somewhere now.. So a few picture tomorrow if Dropbox works.. And i remember ;) any recommendations or hints and tips would be welcome :) cheers guys
