i was with Dave P Saturday and he said about the a bit had to be cut off for his HKS fuel rail, but he thought that was about it, don't for get the fuel rail sits in the head not the manifold, on any manifold there will be holes for sensors, as for TB water heater pipes that's a mod that should be done any way, it is only there to stop iceing up of the throttle body with in most climates you need, as for wiring carnt see what you need to do, im using a manifold from an N/A and still using all the same 185 sensors wiring and throttle body, yes i have to do a little work to the manifold so the idle up valve works but that's about it, i even had to block some of the holes up as there were to many, ok i haven't fitted a caldina manifold so carnt say for shore, but seeing as its the same block i carnt see what would be so hard to fit 1 to a 205 and its like any thing to do with moding you tend to have to do some work to get things to fit, but that's all part of the fun
