Thanks for posting the measurements Lou. I think I would have gone slightly bigger with the OD with the plan of freezing the bush, warming the diff carrier and then using a ten tonne press to install. Might seem like more of a hassle but at least you know the bush isn't going to move.

an other kit off out to Nairobi, in Kenya :) the bushes are now a little bigger so a tighter fit :)

Could it be the camfer on the edge of the bush not allowing it to sit properly inside the bushing housing?

they sit on the these bushing housing nice just for some reason the 1 I made were just that little bit to lose, but the set I have just sent out fit nice and tight, they needed a piece of wood on the back and a hammer to make them fit, so this is the size ill be making them fro now on :)

next diff mount on its way out customer asked if I could do it on orange so that's what I did
