Thanks for posting the measurements Lou. I think I would have gone slightly bigger with the OD with the plan of freezing the bush, warming the diff carrier and then using a ten tonne press to install. Might seem like more of a hassle but at least you know the bush isn't going to move. |

an other kit off out to Nairobi, in Kenya  the bushes are now a little bigger so a tighter fit

Could it be the camfer on the edge of the bush not allowing it to sit properly inside the bushing housing? |

they sit on the these bushing housing nice just for some reason the 1 I made were just that little bit to lose, but the set I have just sent out fit nice and tight, they needed a piece of wood on the back and a hammer to make them fit, so this is the size ill be making them fro now on

next diff mount on its way out customer asked if I could do it on orange so that's what I did  and then a nice ally diff mount with race spec diff mount hanger bushes off to New Zealand
