The finished part of the hood is entirely of carbon , in 3-4 layers of prepreg cured in an oven at a temperature of + 130 Lacquered with UV filter and polished    mount - 3M tape

window deflectors , 4 layers of carbon fiber , carbon hooks , 3M tape is super strong , varnish with two sides

Nice work  Any plans to do the really heavy parts like the alternator brackets in carbon? They would sell like hot cakes! |

Was in my arms real the bracket TTE , with training 185  It was decided to make a copy of it , only with completion bolt-tensioner     the part thickness 5 mm is about 20 layers of carbon fiber make a flange for the future matrix   myself intermediate matrix    well, the item itself , with the area under the alternator tensioner
