Hey chaps and chappetes - looking at some used wheels which are 18s, 8.5 wide with 35 offset

I have Tein lowering springs fitted to the car - question is, will these wheels fit with appropriately sized tyres (40 profile I am assuming).

I have a set of 18s with 8 width at the moment which fit fine - does half an inch cause a problem (no rude jokes please!)

Clearance on the rear damper spring platform is extremely tight with 18x8 ET35 wheels so the wheels you are looking at may foul the platforms. The only real way to tell would be to try one and see. I'm assuming the wheels you are looking at have a PCD of 5x100 and the centre bore is 54.1mm? If not, then hubcentric spacers are an option but the offset will be different.

PCD is 57.1 I think, would spigot rings not solve that?

PCD is 5x100

Not all wheels are designed to take spigot rings. Would be worth checking if these wheels have this.

Anyone running dished wheels on their GT4? Looking at some Rial Nogaros 18, 8j, 35 offset - will they catch the callipers?
