I brought to you how I solved the problem with a thud on the suspension arms SSS.
I really like to use it SSS suspension arms, because I had the opportunity to compare with McPherson suspension, because like last machine was ST-202.
But after the purchase, I discovered a terrible knock on all the front suspension, which has been difficult to locate.
I started to deal with this problem.

The photo shows the condition of joints and bushings fingers under which they operate.

We handle fingers leverage hinges.
Grinding, but not too much because there is a certain depth of hardening. Finger in soft and hard top.

Yes of course I brought back and 3 years they go. :)
Here are a few photos that would understand the process of revival of suspension arms:
In the photo on the link seen all kinds of plugs, which are used within the arms. This new hub made using the machine with numerical control software.

General view of the SSS control arms before the assembly (couples details in the photo is not enough, but you can understand the scale).

Here's another example embodiment.
There are replacement of bushings in the suspension arm banana (yellow polyurethane).

Oh sure. Most importantly, no longer need to buy new suspension arms. Just pull out the pin, unscrew the back cover and change the sleeve and on the back of new arms... :)
