I have a query on rear lights. My car is fitted with 'after market' rear lights as shown in attached photo. I am contemplating re-instating the original rear lenses (face lifted version also as shown), but would need the rear
lighting loom including all bulb holders. Can anyone direct me where I can get this loom? (I have tried TCB but no joy...)

Lots of cars are being broken for parts of facebook. That is generally the best source for 2nd hand parts. Sorry I know that isn't what you want to hear. :(

After a bit of 'googling', I can probably obtain the wiring looms from the earlier version lights. I know the 'lights' are in a different sequence between the 2 versions (pre facelift, and post facelift), but are the looms compatible with each other?

I seem to remember that when I swapped my light clusters from pre to post that it was simply a case of swapping around the holder locations. I may have had to make a new hole for the fog light as well. The wires might be different colours but can't really see there being a big difference otherwise.

In the absence of a 'like' button, thank you, that's a great help...

One last question on the subject (!). Got the looms but now need to know what reference number bulbs to buy (as the bulb holders on my 'afterburners' are totally different).

Indicator bulb
Reversing bulb
Fog bulb
Brake/side bulb

Many thanks.....

OK, an MOT failure has pushed this right up my agenda again! Can anyone let me know what positions 1 & 2 are normally wired to?
