Hi There I am nearly finished the first phase work to my st205 WRC. Just finishing Refurbing/Replacing all of the suspension and breaking system. Soon to get on with the engine. A few thing I want to do but interested in the cooling. May install header tank and swirl pot ect Also Mocal oil cooler Relocate battery to the boot, already made a straight intake with Blitz SUS filter to install, HKS fuel cut defencer, Fuel Pressure Regulator, Tial BOV, When in can work out spring rate....ect ect the list never stops lol. Will be changing the turbo for a TT s148 as turbo is knackered. With Stainless berk type manifold and HKS Silent exhaust Question: Would an uprated Mishimoto type radiator help? Also can you get larger charge cooler radiators? I want to keep the charge cooler set up as it's kind of the flavor of the car to me.. Any thoughts would be good on the cooling system and possible improvements. Thx Spam |

Hi, - you have the option to a TTE tmic, which has 1cooling row more, and air baffels in it (for eample, just the TTE IC raised my boost 0,1bar up, so nearly the same amount you get from a 3" exhaust system) - on the pre radiator side you need a custom one as there is nothing on the market some cheaper tricks, - raise the water / alcohol mixture -> i drive 2/3 water and 1/3 anti freeze (water cools, alcohol not) - build a shroud in front of the radiator package (so that the air must flow through the radiator) - lower the engine bay pressure (you curently has a air escape on your bonnet, use the same trick on the buttom of the car by mounting a tear off endge) if your air filter is in the engine bay you should went back to the oem induction, the hot air from the engine bay is not a "upgrade" greetz |

Hi, you can try it here http://rallycarsforsale.net/ for the pre rad you get the custom way with a company that did radiators, with your oem pre-rad you can built a "welding model" for the mountings greetz |

Does anyone have pics of the tte one opened up? I am curious about the baffle design. I also wonder if it would be cheaper just to modify a regular wta housing with a Garrett core. Last time I saw a tte it was over $1k. |
