On an ST205, anyone attempted to change the pedals over to something a bit more sporty. The 23 year old rubber ones do make the interior look a bit run down! Are people using covers or replacing them altogether?

From what I have seen Toyota GT86 ones look like a direct replacement. They are the same as ones used on sporty MR2's and IS200's. I am sure if you could find the part numbers you could get them brand new.

I was hoping to replace just the pedals rather than the whole arm etc. is that what you mean? I might actually go out now and just check see if I can get em off!

Well the rubber does come off on clutch and brake but gas is attached. So possible they might swap over...

Accelerator should come off as well. Might be screwed on. Both MR2 and IS200 should use similar assembly. GT86 looks similar as well.

Sorry for the hijack, but would these fit a 185 too?

Have just ordered some new rubber ones for now (fiver off ebay) will look better than the 20 year old ones on there currently! Probably need to investigate a bit more what options there are in terms of drilling and fitting aftermarket ones.
