Okay, here's a quick run-down of what I have planned next. When my sorted head comes back it'll go on with a metal head gasket and ARP head studs. Internals will stil be stock at this stage so I'm not planning on going mad with the boost, but reckon the internals should be able to take 1.2bar of the TD06 via a properly mapped Motec.
So, here's the question. I already have the SARD 800cc side feed injectors and a Walbro in tank 255l pump. I'm planning on getting a Wolfkatz fuel rail for the injectors and obviously the Motec will be set-up to use them. My only thought now is do I need to upgrade the standard fuel set-up (only 440cc injectors remember) at this stage to get to 1.2 bar? I'm thinking it'll be a yes as the 440s wont flow enough, but then it's a case of how much boost do you think the standard fuel set-up will support.
That said, in typing this, I've pretty much answered my own question so I might as well order the fuel rail now *lol* - is there anyone who's already purchased this bit of kit can confirm if the side-feed rail is the one I require? Thanks
