Evening all...

Just off out in a second, but thought I'd post these up before I disappear off :lol:

Kris was over during the week, and asked if I could take some pictures of the inside of my jap ST205 petrol tank.

Paul,

The baffling looks rather shal we say frugal

It's interesting to see an attempt at a swirl pot (assuming that setup surrounds the pump) but there's no real side to side baffling so cornering could have an adverse effect on fuel supply

That might explain why the service manual says you should try to avoid running the car with a very low tank.

Looks like there has been an attempt at baffling, seems that there could have been more?

Wonder why they didn't put any baffling front to back?

That plastic ice cream tub is an interesting idea...
