If you want to run larger turbo pressures then this may fall outside of the operating range of the stock Toyota jobbie.

Cheers Kris, whats the 205 JDM map sensor rated to ?..And where would you source a uprated one from, I see some Honda powered peeps go for a GM 2 or 3 bar one..

IIRC the power FC will accept an input and has settings for a GM 3 bar MAP sensor. It is the most popular as an aftermarket item.

I think the stock MAP sensor starts to run out of headroom at circa 1.5-1.7 bar

The GM is a popular unit it seems.

I would agree with JP, the 205 sensor seems to be ok up to the range he has indicated.

A 2 bar sensor means you run up to 1 bar, since this is 1 bar atmos + 1 bar pressure. A 3 bar sensor means you can run up to 2 bar turbo pressure :)

A sensor above the common 3 bar seems to get expensive
