if it's jdm import my first guess would be speed converter issue, after checking the fuses!

Looks like they may share a common earth (along with tacho).
The + feed is also common to most indicator bulbs so unless you have failure of all those it seems unlikely to be that.
Alternatively, may be problem within the instrument cluster. As said, could be related to speed convertor installation if that has broken a connection.
