as above again, the rocker leaking into the 2 & 3 is usually just a loose bolt.
both times mine has been cured by the above.
i too vote standard clutch, best wear rate and you know it will be good.
i would only go uprated with silly bhp

yeah well im not planning on running big bhp (mainly budget restrictions) and i will get the release bearing aswell, the oil leak i suspect is the rocker cover but theres a slight bit of oil dropping onto the exhaust just after the down pipe, theres never been a speck on the ground so its not a massive leak and it doesnt seem as bad now for some reason.
going back to the clutch it doesnt seem to be slipping now, it happened after i did a fast start one night, the next day it slipped (not massive)a few times when it hit boost, then the next few days were fine so i thought i would do another fast start and find out if it did it again, the same thing the next day it slipped once then has been fine sinse, im not saying it isnt going its just strange i didnt know if the clutch was just glazing over from the heat of fast starts and then bedding back in from general use

I suspect the clutch is nearing the end of its life. May take a while to actually consistently fail to hold the power.
After mine started slipping it took 6 months to start regularly slipping. It woudl still drive fine up hills in 5th etc but wouldn't hold anymore than 0.5 bar in 3rd, 4th & 5th without bouncing off the rev limiter with clutch slipping madly!

all depends on your driving.
if you are what i like to call a traffic light warrior then the standard clutch is as much use as a chocolate fire gaurd.
if you drive the car like it was made for and dont launch the car it will last over 50k with over 300bhp.
i have got around 30+k on mine with over 330bhp and done 15laps of the ring, donington 3 times, silverstone, 2 of my own full sprint days and the trial tss day years ago too, so the standard clutch is a good clutch as long as you DONT launch the car
