Just looking for someone to explain which dumps valves are which.

I have a bailey one fitted which does the typical phss sound.

But the 205 ones are different, What type are they?

I want to buy one that makes the flutter noise, or fast whistle like wrc cars.

The fluttering noise usually comes from the wastegate not the dump valve, whistling can often be the turbo.

just been looking some more and the hks dump valves have an insert which changes the sound. Almost like blowing through a whistle i suppose. Maybe thats the one to get.

HKS or Blitz ones are probably what you are looking for.
(if you see it cheap then beware because its for a reason, ie., there are a lot of cheap knock-offs out there).
I run a Forge DV.

Installing the Hybrid turbo (TT S148), uprated actuator and decat pipe gave me the flutter noise

The funny squeak noises are HKS supersonic

to get the buuuwooowooo sounds simply disconnect the dump valve to make the compressor stall

I get the full orchestra with mine from darth vader breathing through rattlesnakes to finally arrive at boowoowoo burp fart
