Does anyone know what the range of this should be? My common sense would say 0-5v but on mine fully off = 0.68v, fully open = 4.05v - do I need to calibrate or is this by design?

no calibration or setting on a 215 TPS
mine is 0.54 to 4.08

the 205 doesn't hit 5v either - well mine didn't, around 4.1 from memory

If it idles right it's probably not far off as the idle is controlled off the tps ,)
