You are running pretty good power now m8 and IMHo I would run 2.5" as soon as poss. However... You really need to have a smooth transition from the 2" turbo o/l to 2.5"

I have a used a 2"to 2.5" 45 degree reducer in silicone hose that is located straight off the turbo.

I will try and get a piccy as I am running a 40mm rad core IIRC.

I came off turbo as a 45 deg then through a 45 deg bend in the ic pipe to clear the engine mount and front rear crossmember.

When I did my intercooler pipework I did the same as JP and mocked up the runs using plastic drain pipe then asked the fabricator to copy it. It doesn't have to be exactly right as the hose at the turbo compressor outlet and the intercooler gives you a bit of latitude. I e en left the car with him to make sure it was done right!

that flexi hose may work but it will really screw with your airflow. Lots of internal bumps and located on a bend will mean it is a no no in my eyes. Silicone hose is a much better option as it is smooth inside.
