push the retaining pin out to remove and thus be able to free up, they all have some amount of free movement on the drive end that will be the problem over your alignment issues.

ps. differences exist between the 165 and the 185-205 unit.

I have picked up a spare ST165 dizzy from Kris so we have an option/bits for a mini rebuild if it fits.

Thanks Kris, was ideal to have a ST165 dizzy to compare and see how it functioned. It allowed us to drill out the outer key a little so that it moved on the shaft and provided the required wobble.

ohh ,,, do you still have the 165 water expansion tank as i have the metal one also but has not got the plastic bit with it.......... If so then am happy to pruchase that from you
