Just got a pair of trd suspension for the rear of my st205 and dont understand how the rebound adjustment works on the top mounts, anyone know anything about these struts?

simple but brief as i need to go to work, but if they are the same 4 way adjustable type as my GAB setup then the higher the number the harder the ride.
so for eg use setting 4 on a racetrack and setting 1 or 2 on the road. hth
