Having looked at the front struts during the brake rebuild I have come to the conclusion that the superrstrut system is also throwing variable caster into the mix as well as the constant camber thing

Unless this is how it achieves the constant camber while turning the wheel

You can clearly see that the hub moves backwards and forwards as the steering is turned
Given that the strut top is fixed I can only possibly see this tilting the steering angle and as far as I know that's changing the caster

The wierd thing is as you turn the wheel one side gets more catser the other gets less.....

You can see it in these pictures

In the top one you can see the strut is laying forward while the bottom one shows the strut vertical

The leg itself has an offset.
Steering requires the wheels to change direction at different rates, with camber and caster, included angles, king pin readings etc all have there own effect of the outcome.

As far as my take on the super strut set-up, was to improve geometry stability over changing ride heights ( roll ), with improvements to turn in etc..

I have tested both 185, 205 suspension, with all angles measured, its not as simple as it seems, Quite happy to do a full suspension system test, even better now using levelling frame to start with..
