Possibly a switch fitted to the clutch for flat shfting / launch control etc ?
Or I would suspect a high friction level slowing the engine down. Either clutch release bearing or thrust bearing inside the engine.

no flat shfting / launch control fitted. if i knock it out of gear and car comes down speed it is fine. you only had to pushthe clutch about half way down and then it makes it stall :( but it drive fine with no noise or any thing?

what happens if you rev it to say 1krpm and push the clutch in?
Is it the same hot and cold?

It could be a seized release bearing (I'd xpect noises) or it might be the extra loading pushes the map into b bad cell

if you holed the revs up and then push the clutch in it wont stall but the engine rev do fall you have to keep bliping the thortte so it wont stall

Worn thrust bearings?
if its possible...too much clutch release bearing travel?
knackered clutch release bearing &/or pressure plate?

Have you tried jacking the car up (all wheels off the ground & in gear) and depressing the clutch, see if all the wheels stop turning???

A few forums also suggest that it could also be too lean a mixture at tick over and the engine is unable to compensate for the extra strain placed on it by high load clutches??? not sure if thats the answer, but might be worth a look if all else fails.

I'd start by looking at the crank pulley whilst someone presses the clutch in, see if there is any movement.

First thing I would do would be do as Insanity suggests and jack the whole car off the ground. You will then be able to see if the clutch is dragging/failing to disengage under various conditions with the gearbox in neutral, engaged, clutch in and clutch out. I suspect you may find the clutch release bearing is the problem but if you follow this procedure at least you can be sure before you commit to pulling the clutch apart.

By the way if your engine is hunting at idle that won't help the situation. This, in my experience, is quite common with aftermarket ECU mapping. I had to spend a lot of time with the mappers on both my MoTeC M4Pro and my Emerald (on the Elise) to get an acceptable idle where the engine wasn't prone to stalling. The IACV on the Elise was sticky and is a right PITA as you have to keep cleaning it of oil and grit. The Four is less of a problem as it normally doesn't get too dirty.

Hope that helps. Let us know how you get on.

More petrol wil make it nicer. My car does that when I lean out the idle. It can cause stalling. That will happen the most if comming from higher revs back to idle.

My car idles at 13-15:1

if the idle afr is jumping that much it's either falling off the map or missing.. I'd suspect missing but you should be able to heat that as phutting from the exhaust

You can check thrust bearing by pulling/pushing on the crank pullry

I'd have to guess if it happens when giving it a few revs a stiff release bearing is a likely culprit :(

As ST185pinjo more petrol will help, after several idle tune my car sat @ 950-1000 rpm with 13,5 - 15,5:1.

I have no IACV, my trottle is open 4% and timing + correction sat near 4°, bad point is my EGT are quite high

don't know your ECU capabilities but play with timing help, if you have a idle timing vs rpm table you can add something like 5° if RPM are under 800, this will help keeping the engine ON.
