Hey guys, I've just had my AC system drained of all its gas so im going to start dismantling the system. Cant find a guide for doing this... so i assume - 1) Remove Alternator belt and Alternator 2) Remove pipes to AC Pump 3) Unmount and remove pump 4) Trace back pipes to firewall and remove as you go 5) Remove condenser and rock back the radiator to get to and remove ac rad 6) put alternator and smaller belt on 7) Optional - remove glove box and remove the AC part of the blower before refitting glovebox Is that about right? Anyone done this and can give me any advice or tips? I know i need to plug back in a switch or something from the AC pump to stop my rad fans from staying on all the time. Cheers guys |
