It sounds like it's not reading the volts right.

Do you have a voltmeter handy tht you can check the signal with?

You need to stsrt by measuring the O2 voltage between the E and OX port in the diagnostic connector

i dont have a volt meter mate,is it just displaying readings from its feeds to the ecu ect?,so even though i have only got ---on the a/f setting it just means its not displaying it and its not going to affect the engine running ect?
i have driven it and it seems to not effect it if that helps.

i just let the car warm up outside,a/f was 10.0 other value im gussing was 02v was 960,i changed to 14.6 a/f - 450 02v ,but it dosent want to let me set it,i just get both values flashing between them or the (---) which its on at the moment,i can also turn it of aswell if i want to.

also the a/f & 02 setting combined part seemed to rise from 3.44 ish to settle at 4.99 ish when warm.

batt sensor says 14.4v

so when it's warm and idling what does the o2v reading show?

I can't quite figure if you're saying it was reading 450 or if you were trying to alter the calibration table to show that

I've got no idea what the combined value means, don't recall that on mine

Can you post the numbers up from the calibration table. Maybe it's screwed up and the thing is thinking sensor data is out of range and reverting to the --- "I'm confused" state

hi mate sure thing.

Table1 A/Fvalue-O2 sensor voltage data chart
A/Fsensor 10.0 12.0 14.0 14.6 15.0 16.0 18.0 20.0
O2Sensor V 960 940 820 450 010 006 004 002

The car reads 4.99 on the 02 setting when warm,it rises from 4.55 ish.

The a/f is either --- which acording to the manual is (02 sensor is slow to warm up,will display when warm) or it will alternate between a/f & 02 i bellive.

i can change the values too but its really not childs play tbh.

Hmm,
Very odd. The readings all look correct. I had similar values programmed into mine

I don5 know what's up with it and I can't play with mine as the lambda wire is disconnected

But if yours starts at about 950 and idles around 550-450 on the O2 scale it sounds about right

Did it work right previously?
