Just been doing some work with Daryl on my unstable idle, and have discovered the root cause is the injector deadtime table on the link is way way out. As the revs drop, the voltage from the alternator drops which was then richening the mixture too much. A bit of googling reveals the following useful info: http://injector-rehab.com/shop/lag.html |

There should be a battery vs injector correction table in the ECU. As the battery voltage drops then the injectors get lazy and need a bit more of a kick to get them to correctly open up. This correction table is useful to help get the car started and keep it running when there is additional electrical load applied e.g. rear screen heater, blower etc etc |

It was set to 1mS at 14V and 1.1mS at 13V. The injectors are only needing about 1.1-1.2mS at idle (sard 800's running 2 pulses per engine cycle) |
