as in the topic, has anyone good ideas about to get the rust as good as possible out of the bare block?

i'am glad for any tips & tricks :)

I have experimented with this method and it is good however it does require a certain amount of 'line of sight' unless you can somehow suspend an electrode inside the block without touching anything it will struggle to be effective at cleaning the inside.

Hi,

looks like a good way but to complex for the block like sirius said
isn't there any resistor used to protect against short circuit?

i could built a wood plate with a few electrodes that goes in the block cooling bores, i could give this method a try :)

i decided to to give a more easier method a try, so i bought some phosphor acid
possible anyone who also used this merhod can give me advises?
