Hi folks, as in the topic, has anyone good ideas about to get the rust as good as possible out of the bare block? i'am glad for any tips & tricks greetz |

I have experimented with this method and it is good however it does require a certain amount of 'line of sight' unless you can somehow suspend an electrode inside the block without touching anything it will struggle to be effective at cleaning the inside. |

Hi, looks like a good way but to complex for the block like sirius said isn't there any resistor used to protect against short circuit? i could built a wood plate with a few electrodes that goes in the block cooling bores, i could give this method a try greetz |

Hi folks, i decided to to give a more easier method a try, so i bought some phosphor acid possible anyone who also used this merhod can give me advises? greetz |

Hi, job done, works perfect i decided to use a 15% acid for ~6hours, here some pictures greetz |
