I know this is a revival, but some of the into seems a bit wrong to me

I have tried fitting extended wheel studs on the rear of my st205 and found it impossible without either drilling the disc backing plate (not ideal IMO) or removing the hub from the car. Can anyone confirm if they have done it without doing either of the above and if so how

Also, pretty sure the cb on a st205 is 54.1 and not 55?

That link shows a single measurement for 'gt-four' and I know for a fact ST205 is bigger than ST185.

Centre bore for WHEELS (as per the original topic of the thread) IS 54.1mm.

Brake discs for ST205 have a centre bore of 55mm - I believe that the ST205 hubs have a slight step so that the disc is held centrally when bolted tight to the hub, that appears to be why some people who fit ST205 brake discs to ST185 hubs have problems with the discs running slightly eccentrically and need a small shim (like a little spigot ring) to hold them perfectly centrally.

Please feel free to tell me I'm wrong - I often am.

I believe you are correct. But I could also be wrong!

The step is correct, though I prefer to call the centre bore for st205/215 55mm as that is the disc centre bore. I don't often refer to the wheel centre bore as people will often refer to the actual wheel CB commonly 71mm for new wheels nowadays. Crazy that they stepped it 0.9mm..
