Only use flexi where needed for moving parts (i.e. where already fitted as standard).

Link the 2 rear pipes into a T piece fed from one master cylinder outlet. Link the 2 front pipes with a T piece to the other master cylinder outlet.

Easiest/best pipe to use is kunifer or failing that copper. These can be flared with one of the cheap tools that is easy to use in situ.

Titan pedal box? Can't find that. Do you mean Tilton?

Not sure if this is the info you're looking for.

As regarding whether you need a dished end, look inside the fitting and see if it has a point sticking up to go in a dished end. I normally just do the single flare anyway and let the point make it's own dish as the nut tightens down.

Beware, the cheap flaring tools can't cope with the standard steel pipe so either bend the standard pipes so the ends go straight into a T piece or you'll need to run new pipes back to the next joint.

T piece (can't remember whether celica is metric or imperial) You can re-use the screw in parts from the pipes you remove if you wish.

Your local factors should sell kunifer or copper brake pipe. (Mine only sells copper). Ensure the pipe is well supported so it can't vibrate, especially with copper.

Gender Benders

If you need a male end but have a female you just use one of these

And Vice versa

Ok so the slave side of things on the ped box pressure/out is 3/8 unf x24 tpi and i think the ST205 is 10mmx1 metric, are most hard pipes on cars a standard size O/D so i can join up with diff fittings or shall i just re do the hard pipes from scratch in copper ??

Standard size is 3/16 (4.76mm) which works fine with the standard celica fittings.
