what is the vsv and where will i find it?? what advantage is there by disconnecting it??? :?:

The TVSV works to raise boost pressure in the higher gears.

There is no benefit to disconnecting it unless you also fit a boost controller.

The easiest way of disabling it is to block the pipe that runs backwards from the actuator towards the engine.

well im guessing mine must be blocked...as iv a forge acctuator that only has 1 nipple on the top...pipe to turbo..pulls set boost in all gears.

Actually, the easiest way to disable TVSV is cut the wire to the solenoud at the back of the ecu. The pipe that people normally cut is a nightmare to get to, and even worse to recconect when putting the car back to standard.
